About me
Hi! My name is Michelle and I’m the one woman show behind Dirty Mitten Fizz. Born from a desire to transition out of healthcare where I’ve worked as a Respiratory Therapist for the last 26 years and my love for the state of Michigan, Dirty Mitten Fizz came to be in 2025.
In the summer, in my spare time, you’ll find me in my pool with crime podcasts playing on my floating speaker. In the winter you’ll find me wishing I was floating in my pool with crime podcasts playing on my floating speaker :)
I have an entrepreneurial spirit and the hard work, sleepless nights, exciting new experiences and even the unknown have given me a new purpose and focus at this stage of my life! I’ve manifested this for myself and I feel so incredibly grateful
Meet PoPPi
From the very beginning of me planning Dirty Mitten Fizz, I had a picture in my mind of what my trailer would look like. Even though I planned on operating out of a tent, at least initially, I poured over Facebook Marketplace like it was my full time job looking at what was out there. My husband and I even went to see a couple trailers but nothing was hitting home. I decided to concentrate on the tent and think about a trailer next year.
On Father’s Day I was grilling dinner and picked up my phone to check marketplace and this trailer popped up right away. I KNEW this trailer was for me! I messaged the gal and asked to come see it that very evening. She agreed and from the MOMENT we got there, I KNEW this was it! This was the trailer that lived in my head rent free for the past few months! Needless to say, we put a deposit on her and a week later, she came home with us!
In the process of getting her ready for her new life with Dirty Mitten Fizz, we discovered some issues that need attention so things have taken a bit of a left turn. If you want to follow PoPPi’s rehab story, follow us on Instagram and Facebook!
